Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel completely confident when ordering from Sol de Madera.

If your mobile is not quite right for your space, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging when possible.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at studio@soldemadera.com with your order number. Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at studio@soldemadera.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.
